How long does the design process take?

Do I need to provide content for my website?

Yes. To build your website efficiently, you'll need to provide all text content, images, logos, and other materials. I can quote for or recommend resources for content creation if needed, but these services aren't included in the base design package.

How much does a website cost?

What is your payment structure?

My standard payment structure is 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion before the site goes live. For larger projects, we can establish milestone payments.

My fees don't include Squarespace subscription costs, domain registration fees, premium plugins, custom fonts, or stock photos. These expenses are the client's responsibility and will be clearly communicated during our consultation.

How many revisions are included?

Three rounds of revisions are included in the base project fee. A "round" consists of a single collection of feedback implemented in one batch. Additional revision rounds are available at my hourly rate.

What if I need changes after the project is complete?

After project completion, additional changes are billed at my standard hourly rate of $120-150/hour. Alternatively, you can subscribe to one of my maintenance plans for ongoing support.

Can I make changes to my website myself?

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can change your maintenance plan with 30 days' notice. An initial commitment period of 3-6 months applies to all plans before switching or canceling.

What if I need a Shopify or Wordpress site?

I’m also excited to learn new skills. Sites built on these platforms may take longer than on Squarespace, but I’m willing to consider discounts to help extend my knowledge base.
